All registered participants will be issued a color-coded Omni wristband. These wristbands must be worn in order to participate and attend all Omni sponsored functions. Anyone not wearing an Omni wristband will be denied admittance. Extra or replacement wristbands will be available an an additional cost. Contact the Omni office for additional details.

Hertz is the official rental car provider for the 2015 Omni Meeting in Scottsdale. By using Hertz, Omni meeting attendees receive a special discount off qualifying retail rates with unlimited mileage.

Hertz's selection of quality automobiles include compact, mid-sized, full-sized, SUV's,convertibles, and fuel saving vehicles. Reservations can be made online or by calling Hertz direct at 800-654-2240.

Founded in 1868, Phoenix-Scottsdale has grown into one of the largest metropolitan area in the United States. Although primarily know for its sunny weather, golf courses, and baseball training facilities, the area also offers unique geography, Native American culture, and a large variety of entertainment.

You can learn more about Phoenix's history at the Pueblo Grande Museum and Heard Museum, and the Phoenix Museum of History. For  the adventurous, there's hiking on nearby Camelback Mountain or tours of the surrounding desert. And, don't forget about all of the shopping possibilties.

The only way to register for the 2015 Omni Meeting is by using the online reservation forms. You must first log on to either the Member or Vendor Registration Area to access the registration forms and review all pertinent information.

All changes in reservations including arrival and departure dates, attendee names, and room type requests must be submitted in an email to Stephanie Palmer at the Omni office. The deadline to submit changes is November 15, 2014. Please use the link below to email your requests. All reservations changes must be placed through the Omni office to receive the group room rate.
