The 2012 Ladies Day Program features a shopping adventure at Orlando Premium Outlets, the area's newest upscale outlet center. The center features designer brands like Chico's, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fith Avenue, and many others. The tour also includes a relaxing lunch at Vinito Ristorante with your choice of delicious entrees.

All registered participants will be issued a color-coded Omni wristband. These wristbands must be worn in order to participate and attend all Omni sponsored functions. Anyone not wearing an Omni wristband will be denied admittance. Extra or replacement wristbands will be available an an additional cost.
| HOTEL & TRAVEL |
The Omni meeting rate for a Deluxe Guest Room at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is $225 per night plus taxes and incidentals.
All room rates apply from January 24 - February 7, 2012, and for a maximum of four (4) persons per room. Attendees are responsible for the correct arrival and departure dates, and any changes must be submitted in writing to the Omni office. Cancellation and reservation change penalties may apply after November 18, 2011. Click below for more information.

The only way to register for the 2012 Omni Spring Meeting is by using the online reservation forms. By clicking on the "Member" or "Vendor" link below you can access the forms, register for the meeting, reserve a room at the hotel, and review all of the pertinent information.
